Kenny Chin began learning both karate and piano at the young age of 6. In 7 short years, he has progressed through all the piano RCM grades and has also achieved a Red Belt in Karate at the Robinson Karate School in Newmarket.Operation Sparrow Fundraiser with TeamRKS and RGDA Canada

Last year, Kenny passed his RCM Grade 10 Piano examination with 1st class honors and is currently pursuing his piano studies at the ARCT Performer level. In August of this year, he achieved a First Class Honours with Distinction in his Grade 3 Piano History examination with an exceptional score of 96 points. His piano achievements included placing 2nd in the Junior Instrumental class of the York Region Talent Search competition and was also awarded a bursary in this competition. Recently, he won a Silver medal at the Burlington Music Festival and also a Bronze medal at the Richmond Hill Music Festival. Kenny continues to practice Karate where the teaching of discipline will assist him in his piano studies.

Congratulations, Kenny, on your phenomenal achievements. Keep up the great work!
