Back Attacks: Collar Choke to Arm-lock
June 24, 2009
This month on TeamRKS.com we are again featuring a Gracie Jiu-Jitsu technique excerpted from our featured book, Gracie Submission Essentials, which can be purchased in our Pro Shop. Buy a copy today!
From the book: “Your opponent is not a static dummy and will try to defend most attacks that you attempt. Although you have a timing advantage when you have back control, he will still try to defend and counter your choke attempts. When faced with with a good defense (to the choke), Royler switches to the arm-lock to catch David.”
If you click on the image to the left, you will be able to view both page one and page two that cover this technique (remember to look for the page forward or back arrows that appear halfway up each side of the page).
Got questions? Remember to ask us at school!
