Royce Gracie Seminar!

This is your chance to train with a UFC Champion and martial arts legend! RGDA Canada presents Royce Gracie at Robinson’s and Lewis’ Karate Schools – visit the Pro Shop for details!
The cost for this event is $125, or $200 for both the Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) seminars. Registration forms are available in the Pro Shop, or by downloading the electronic version, then faxing it back to the appropriate school location. A special seminar package is also available, perfect for new students, which includes an official RGDA uniform and one month of classes, and the seminar, too!
Seminar Schedule:
Jiu-Jitsu Seminar at our Bolton location, on Thursday, December 4th, at 7:30pm (a gi is required)
Jiu-Jitsu Seminar at LKS Barrie, on Friday, December 5th, at 7:00pm (a gi is required)
Jiu-Jitsu Seminar at our Newmarket location, on Saturday, December 6th, at 1:00pm (a gi is required)
MMA Seminar at our Newmarket location, on Saturday, December 6th, at 4:00pm

Champions Believe They Can Achieve!

Belief is the knowledge and confidence that you can achieve. It’s the inner feeling, that gut instinct that we really can and will accomplish what we set our sights on achieving.
Belief gives us power… it strengthens our will to win… it pours fuel on our fire and feeds our desire. All arer key ingredients to high levels of success and achievement.
If you don’t believe in yourself, nobody else will either. Imagine a world class golfer like Tiger Woods stepping on to the green, thinking he is going to miss a crucial putt. Knowing that his thoughts precede and dictate he actions, it is unlikely that he will be celebrating a victory with thoughts like that. Champions must believe in themselves and their ability to achieve all their goals in life.

To be a true champion in whatever you do, whether it be dance, soccer, school, sing, work or guiding your children through life, you must believe in yourself and your ability to succeed. It’s no different in business or in life. If you want to win and succeed in business, you must believe in yourself and your ability to achieve your goals. Big or small, you’ve got to believe!
Whether you are in sales, management or service, you must believe in yourself and believe in your product. If you do, you’ll succeed, if you don’t you’ll fail, it’s that simple.

Halloween Movie Night!

Mark your calendar for the upcoming movie nights at Robinson’s Karate Schools! Each school will have a slightly different twist on the evening’s festivities, but all school locations will feature a costume contest, with Best Costume awards given to the best male and best female costumes! The cost for this event is $35 (for BBC members, only $30).
At our Aurora location, on Saturday, October 25th, from 6pm – 11:00pm, games, pizza, and movies round out a fun evening for RKS students!
At our Newmarket location, same date, same time, we’re painting pumkins!! Of course, there’s candies and treats, pizza, and movies, too!
“B” is for Bolton, and students at Bolton will be Bobbing for apples (when they’re not watching movies and eating pizza!). But Bolton students will be enjoying Halloween Movie Night on a different date, Saturday, November 1st, from 6pm – 11:00pm.
